Wonderful
The hotel is really good. Great location, the room is super comfortable, in front you find a metro station. Next to the hotel there is a good restaurant with worldwide cuisine.

great location, near to Taipei 101 - I checked in on Nov 16th evg - Chan the Front Deck staff was great. - and Grace and Chan were there next day. - Very helpful staff, especially Grace.
hallway was a bit dark so i had to be careful when walking there.

The only thing Iike in this hotel is the location, it is near Taipei 101 and Embassy of Netherlands which we had an appointment the next day.
Even the staff were helpful in providing an electric fan as an alternative solution due to malfunctioning aircondition, still I did not had a good sleep. They told us that we can transfer to another room but its too late at night and its hassle and troublesome.
The room is clean, the toilet, and water pressure from shower is fine.
If you have a car, a parking space is also available.
I wont be staying here anymore, I have stayed in a lot of hotels but so far this one has the worst sound proofing and their doors are terrible. You can loudly hear the slamming of doors, banging everytime a tenant goes out. I am very sensitive to sound so it is very important to me that I could sleep in a quiet environment. The conversations of the next room can also be heard, I did really want to complain to the front desk that night the noise from the room and the door slams particulary at night.
i hope they could fix the doors soon or else no customers would want to stay here anymore and the business will close eventually.
I observe guest here have no consideration for other people, they keep talking in a loud voice.

Space is good not too tiny
There is a club nearby, and the noise of party is too loud and I couldnt fall asleep. Also I could totally aware what the guests from next room was doing by the noise they made, such as showering,etc.

It has a great location right next to the metro station and Taipei 101 /World Trade Centre, really handy area. The hotel staff are kind and helpfull but English level is not enough for proper communication. It is clean, comfortable (I mean bed) and provided room facilities is not at a 4 star hotel level.
We did not notice the hotel is located in a building basement without any window during the booking. It does not have any gym, conference room, business centre, proper loby and other facilities that a 4 star hotel has. Breakfast service was so week with no staff. At the check-out receptionist was not there, he/she just left a note 'I will come back in 15 min'. We had to leave and can not wait so went back to hotel for proper check out and collection of invoice as a compulsory. There is still some underconstruction parts that should have been completed in August. Since the hotel is in the basement of a building it has humidity especially in the corridors. If you turn off air condition you feel that in the room and can smell. This is not worth for the offered price/benefit. We extended our stay in Taiwan but immediately changed the hotel at the end of booking dates.

Great location, opposite Taipei 101. Hotel is located in the basement of an apartment complex. Check-in was quick. Received an upgraded room with some natural light through the window, good amenities. Had to change at night due to noise from neighbors.
Little natural light and in the changed room, no natural light at all. Initial room had a lot going for it, but the neighbors were so loud (relatively thin walls) that we had to change to a different room. Some renovation work ongoing in the lobby and breakfast was ordered in (so limited options, and served cold, see pics). Given the limitation, i felt the price of the room was relatively high. We decided to shorten stay to one iso two nights and the hotel kindly charged only one night.

Wonderful
Location is superb. Sure free services like the breakfast could be better but the area has loads of good restaurants so you have plenty of options.
The initial room we were in had a faulty aircon unit but the staff were able to change our room immediately anyway. There was also some construction happening and...there might be some rodent problems at the foyer of the hotel. Well at least we saw a couple. But they never went in the hotel anyway. Just a bit outside.

Perfect location, clean, right next to the u-bikes, MRT, and Taipei 101!
Room has no view, but it's not a big deal because everything is right there when you go outside.
