All the unnecessary complimentary cosmetics etc stuffed into drawers that could’ve been used for our clothes.

The location.
The hotel does not have a lobby. There is not even a space to sit down in the entrance area. The breakfast offered little choice, and is rather strange in nature. There is no tourist information available for guests.

The location is very good for reaching everything you need. There is a really good Taiwanese restaurant across the street that I would highly recommend. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. I appreciated all of their help and guidance. The rooms have everything you need for a few nights stay. The free mini bar and snacks were an added bonus.
Although I liked all of the fancy room sprays and linen sprays, most were past their prime and smelled off. You can tell they are not changed often enough. I also wish they provided lotion to use.

Love the modern minimalist style and feel. Very clean, comfortable and efficient use of space. Free mini bar is great, and in room amenities are also great. Had a great time and definitely would come back.
The laundry room wasn't great. Only one washer/driver though great it was free. Wished it wasn't next to the gym. Could also do with a bigger gym.

The twin room was compact but smartly designed, with a separate enclosed bathroom that added to the comfort. Despite the size, the space included thoughtful touches like a desk, room sprays, cuticle oil, loose leaf tea, and a shoe cleaner — all of which added a personal and luxurious feel. The room was clean and quiet overall, and a noise issue from the room next door was dealt with promptly. The included breakfast was excellent, and the location was ideal for getting around Taipei. The glass wall design added a unique and modern vibe to the room. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and I appreciated being able to connect to the Bluetooth speaker without issue.
While the room was well-appointed, the pillow wasn’t very comfortable — although it was nice to have a choice of alternatives upon request. The service didn’t particularly stand out; it was adequate but didn’t meet my higher expectations for attentiveness or warmth.

Honestly, this hotel is better than most of the 5 stars hotel we stayed before. The room is clean, nice smelling, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Overall amenities + breakfast were great. There’s a small gym above that my husband utilised daily. Additional plus points, of the ample fragrances from diptyue and others.

I stayed in the twin bedroom as a first time. used to stay at a double bed. The room was way to small and seems like mental hospital with too white everywhere.

The breakfast, a comfortable room with attention to detail on all the extra accessories they proved. The bath was great.
The gym was very basic but enough to get a workout. For the price it would be nice to have a bit extra like a larger lobby or communal space and a pool

Its a beautiful property in Daan district. Love the futuristic design and boutique feeling. Also walking distance to malls, 7e and Family Mart makes it very comvenient.
The property is great. But brekfast option is limited. I wish thr menu changes every other day at least.

The hotel is centrally located and very pretty with its unique minimalistic design.
Some things were catering too much to be very instagramable. The equipment for the bath tub (bath bomb, incense stick) did not work. Furthermore I wonder who needs to have a choice for 3 room different room sprays from diptique, plus 6 ones from kerzon, additional hair mists and 5 different types of cuticle oil? This should not be provided by a hotel in this excessive number. This also does not fit to the minimalistic clear design of the hotel.

Clean room. Great location. Fully equipped. They even had different body perfumes and room scents that I could use. It just would have been better if there were more options on the breakfast menu.
