Literally my favorite hostel I've stayed at around the world! The staff is exceptional, they remembered me when I returned. You can be as sociable or as quiet as you want. This hostel makes either easy. Superb location and very comfortable.

It was really close to the metro, I was pleasantly surprised the hostel had a decent breakfast and the communal area was clean and easy to meet new people. I also think the hostel had the comfiest bed for a hostel.

Amazing value for money!! I was pleasantly surprised that such a wonderful breakfast was included in the already very affordable price of this hostel. Facilities were very clean and the lounge was definitely the highlight as a lovely place to do some work. Excellent location very close to good food and sightseeing options! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of Taipei.

The hostel was lovely, common areas were bright, clean and comfortable. The rooms were well laid out in the relatively small space. We had a room with a private bathroom and it was great. Breakfast was included and had nice variety. the only thing is that it is made and put on the counter for guests to take so the food was sometimes lukewarm depending what time you arrived. The hostel is a 10 walk from Taipei Main Station which is great for connections to the airport as well as the rest of the city.
The wifi was a bit weak but that may have been because there were a lot of guests on the network. It is could be an issue if you needed it fr work. In the bedroom the bed near the outside wall seemed to have a bit of a draft coming in so it was a bit cold.

I stayed in 8 female dorm for 5 nights, the best hostel in Taipei after staying many others.
Well planned ( room are sound proof from other rooms) and clean. Very friendly staffs as well .
People running this place is full of heart and listen to the guests’ opinions, e.g. dnning area is now open to people other than breakfast so guests have more table to work and dine. ???
The breakfast for Lacto-ovo vegetarian should include more eggs, I stayed there 5 nights and only one day have eggs, other days they provided different types of pastry or dumplings. As there are already all you can eat bread available at the counter , I think they should provide eggs for the vegetarian.

The common area is huge and well designed.
The luggage area were not secured and were shared with food delivery. Any one could go in and staff didn’t check if the items belonged to you.

This hostel is located very close to the train and subway station which is very convenient for travelers that rely on public transit during visit. The rooms (ones for 2 or 3 people, or the dorm w/ bunkbed) are compact and clean. Everything is well organized. Staff are friendly and helpful. There were breakfast included in the stay which is convenient for travelers with intense schedule. The breakfast is not fancy but healthy and enough to last for the whole morning. And there's lot of other options in the nearby street for food. It's an excellent price for the quality of stay we get.
If I have to pick the only opportunity to improve is the laundry service. It's outdoor and was cold when we visit during the Christmas time. An air-conditioned laundry room would be ideal.

Location is very convenient. Comfortable beds and clean restrooms. Overall clean hostel. Big kitchen offering utensils for cooking and filtered water. Can store luggage when you check out.
Breakfast for vegans could be improved. Veggies & bread with no flavor. They should consider adding protein like tofu, beans, or lentils. Towels could be restocked more often. I had to request one at 8am. Front desk at night didn’t speak much English so a little challenging to check in when I had questions.

The location was great very, close to convenient stores. Night markets were 10-15 minutes walking distance.
The bunk beds looked clean but after my wife woke up at the top bed, she got several bites on her leg which indicates bed frames were not cleaned. I would not recommend the rooms with bunk beds!
