Clean and comfortable as per the pictures.
I stayed in the dorm and not much place for one to put out your clothes. So every time I need to shower and change, I will need to unzip my luggage and zip it back. The problem was the room was small so it echo and storage area was right next to sleeping area. So I got shushed when I try to retrieve my clothes. It was a very stressful experience.

The staff were always extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet let me balance my dietary needs and gave me a great start to the day. The shower had great water pressure (although, it takes awhile for the hot water to get to the higher floors if you're taking the first shower in the morning). The hostel is in a great location and is less than a 5 min walk to the train platform.
The bed could have been raised off the floor somehow. A box spring under it might have given me better back support, because it was the equivalent of sleeping on a futon on the floor. The desk chair is more of a narrow end table and isn't very comfy or balanced to sit on for an extended amount of time. I had to borrow some pillows from the lounge to make chair for my room.

Very Good
One of the best hostels i stayed so far. The location is great and the bed is really comfortable. The public shower and toilet area are clean and bright. And I love the heated toilet seats- huge plus point. The hostel really pay attention to the details and breakfast is provided. Staff are so friendly and nice.
Nothing except just that the dorm smell of stale air , maybe more ventilation can be added.

CLEAN! They use toothbrushes to clean if that tells you anything. The common area is so relaxed and beautiful as well as spacious. The staff is super kind and helpful as well! It doesnt feel cramped and has a great central location. I felt calm and really enjoyed my time. A great place to work remotely and enjoy a calm stay. The breakfast was also a great addition!
It has laundry and a cute little balcony where I did yoga. There is more plants than space, but it was just what I needed.
Its not super social, but that was fine for me this time.

Location was good, many shops and Coffee places to explore along the small streets behind the hostel. Convenient location, there's malls nearby and restaurants. The room is great too, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is simple and cosy, kids love and enjoy the simple breakfast a lot. Common area is nicely maintained, really nice place to hang out.

Wide public area. Providing sanitary ware, hangers, and hair straightener. Comfortable personal space. Dry and clean in the bathroom. Cooking breakfast. Very clean. The person at the front desk gave me a gift for memory, because my birthday was during the staying.
A little narrow at the area to change shoes, no place I could temporarily put down my stuff.

They served great breakfast and I like its hand wash dispenser.
I stayed for 4 nights but only came to do housekeeping once. The WC water pressure is a bit low when flushing.

Its conveniently located near the metro. The design of the common space and in the room are aesthetically pleasing and inviting. Spaces are clean and well maintained too. I like the no-shoes inside regulation, as it really helps maintain cleanliness.

Location is really central and convenient! Very near to the mrt. Near to all major tourist spots! Its a very basic small room but I like the balcony. Theres coin laundry!
Breakfast area are all platform seating which was very nice and chill but not suitable for ppl who might have difficulty with mobility. But they are willing to move a table into the common area for our use.
The staffs were understanding and helpful.
No food and drink in the room because they want to keep the place clean. Maybe at least allow coffee or tea in the private room? (No cups were provided) it was such a nice balcony but we couldnt enjoy a little drink or snack there.
