Wonderful
Rooms are very large and with an en-suite large bathtub, access to the next door thermal bath is also a big plus.
Limited restaurant options nearby.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a balcony with a beautiful view over the creek. The breakfast was included in the price and super tasty. The staff was friendly and the baths were clean and well equipped.
There was a little bit of water in the floor of our bathroom.

Views were lovely out over the river, the spa was a great traditional experience (note it is nude only - separate male and female), Breakfast was great all served in bento boxes!
It is a little walk into town (20mins) as we didn't have a car, however there are taxis easily available.

Above expectations! Very spacious room with heigh ceiling. Private spa.
Good public spa with four baths with each a different temperature. Scandinavian Sauna and Steam room.
Special room with extremely high pressure showers to massage your back. Never had that, good experience!
Set-meal breakfast, I told them one person is vegetarian and they adjusted.
Walking distance from old street, but not a very nice walk next to the road.
No herbs/essential oils for the spa - but havent seen this in other places in Taiwan as well

A lovely big room with bed and sofa and a balcony with a view over the river valley. The bed was very large and there was a big shower room with lots of hot water. The breakfast was very good.
The hotel is next to the spa in a not terribly attractive building - the cottage like spa section was shown on the photo. However, the interior of the main hotel is very nice, spacious and tastefully decorated so this did not matter, it was just not what we had expected. I would have liked bed side lights but we found several hotels in Taiwan did not have them so may be this is not customary. The spa was closed which we had not been told about and was disappointing.

The onsen experience was included in the price of the stay which made this stay more expensive than our usual budget. However, the onsen sessions provided a welcome soak for tired travel and much appreciated
No lifts in the building. However the staff were pleasant and helpful when assisting with our luggage.

Beautiful spacious room with high ceiling and mountain view. Overall facility was beautifully decorated with aboriginal style. Exceeded expectations. Delicious breakfast
No bidet. Water pressure from the sink a bit too strong. A bit distant from Wulai center

Staff were very helpful. In addition, the room was spacious and Japanese-style, so children aged 2 and 0 were able to spend their time with peace of mind. The public bath is clean and comfortable.
There is no dinner, so I have to go to Wulai Old Street.

Staff are super friendly and gave useful recommendations for our itinerary. Definitely recommend the rooms with bath. The room is clean, spacious and super comfy. Love the breakfast too. Everything is just perfect!

Very nice spa with the river view. Easy to come from Taipei by Bus.
No restaurant for dinner in the hotel. There are restaurants and 7eleven nearby.
