Wonderful
Good variety of food and drinks, served hot in Bento box.
The window in the bathroom was foggy
Bathrobes would be good. Soap for bathtub.

Wonderful
Basic hotel with very clean, large, and comfortable bed. Access to the hot spring is an added bonus. Staff were super kind and helpful.

Exceptional
The breakfast was a mixture of Asian and European-continental style -- very delicious. It is brought in a box, so it is not taken from a buffet. It could be taken on the terrace of the hotel. In June there was only one other couple also having breakfast at the same hour. Actually one has to choose the breakfast hour the day before.
From the balcony (our choice) one has a wonderful view on the narrow valley. In the basement the hotel has an Onsen (Japanese style) which can be used by the hotel guests once per day for free. So for us it was not necessary to have a particular hot spring bath in the hotel room.
The staff was very helpful, in particular how to get with a limousine bus to the airport. They spoke quite well English.

Spa was excellent, room was fabulous. I recommend for couples booking the Double Room with the Bath! Also the full body massage with oil is brilliant.
There was an issue with the men's bathroom when we arrived. No problem but we had to go through to the onsen bathroom as there was no other men's toilet available before checking in.

Wonderful
It is all great, spacious and clean room, two big bathtubs with spring water and a shower plus access to the great spa area opened all day and evening, I have spent my time in water relaxing. The breakfast was very nice too, trying out different meals and with some fresh fruit. I felt greatly greeted by the staff. I would definitely come back. If I have some mild cons, it would that it might be slightly noisy at night, but I guess it will be the same everywhere in Wulai. Going to the village is only a 10 minutes walk nevertheless there are no sidewalks but as every local you can walk on the side of the road and it is fine.

Very Good
The hot spring, the location. The property design is very relaxing. The day time front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice.
The evening staff. There was a guy at the front desk the second day we were there. He should not be in the hospitality service.
We had 2 rooms. The family room was awesome super comfortable bed and very spacious. The japanese style room is also very spacious . However the Japanese mattress is only a thicker mat/padding and not real japanese bedding, in addition the mat is very short. I am 5'2 and the mattress is shorting than that. I would not recommend.

Comfortable bathroom with Onsen Japanese style. good view of Wulai Spring. It’s near Wulai Fall and Old Street.
Nice breakfast (pay at property)
The restroom place is quite far with bathroom, it’s a bit inconvenient. The toilet has no sprayer.

Huge spa bath in room with view over mountains
Very large bedroom
Restaurant has a large patio area with comfortable chairs to relax in
Spa on site
Our view across the mountains did include the dam and some of the machinery for the hotel which took away from the beauty.

The place has a beautiful view and not far away from old street.
The hotel provides simple breakfast and we ate it in the open air areas and enjoyed the nature.
The staff is very friendly. After checking out as we walked toward the bus stop one of the staff found our face cream and ran after us to return it to us. ??
Can’t think of anything ?relaxing

Affordable onsen type of hotel in Wulai. Staff is super friendly. The view at breakfast is nice and relaxing.
Breakfast is a bit cold when served. It takes 20-30 mins to walk to Wulai attraction area.
