Central location makes this a top choice for stay in Taipei. Staff was exceptional - very friendly and helpful. Most staff knew some English which was helpful for us. The bathroom shower pressure and temperature control along with the bidet added a nice touch of pampering that was much needed at the of our days touring Taipei.
Buffet was okay with fresh fruit and vegetable options. We enjoyed the variety of global breakfast outings but would have liked to see more Taiwanese breakfast options since that is where we were visiting.

Our AC didnt cool our room. We asked for help twice and were given a fan and told they couldn’t do anything else. Also we asked for a kitchen butter knife to cut a piece of fruit and they refused to give us one.

We had an excellent 6 night stay at this hotel. Hotel is clean. Family room is spacious. Included breakfast is decent with many healthy choices. Staff is friendly and attentive even some of them don't speak English. Hotel has a big laundry room in the basement operated by coins. We exchanged coins at front desk. Washers and dryers were always available when we needed them, bring your own detergent. The location is excellent, only a short Uber drive to any sight seeing spot. Overall, we were happy to stay here.

The front staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. Free mini bar and the breakfast was on point! Excellent selection and good chefs.
I think that the kitchen crew could be a little friendlier and less over the shoulder type of service. Felt like I couldn’t stay and eat too long.

Good location - walking distance to the MRT stations, food outlets, Daan Park. Police station beside the hotel provides a good sense of security. Room was clean and comfortable, and generally soundproof from noise from the street. Breakfast was decent - not much variety but enough to fulfil our needs.

Don’t know how to adjust room temperature. It was so cold that we ended up turning it off. Recommend put an instruction for people to adjust temperature.
