The staff at the front desk were friendly and accomodating. I commend Mr. James Wang for working on my request. All the staff are friendly and courteous. The Hotel was just five minute walk to MRT station.
Some of the guest are banging their door late at night and early morning. They do not close their door quietly.

Room was spacious, firm bed and great water pressure. The location is a 5 minute walk to the Mtr station and only 1 stop away from Taipei central station. The neighborhood is quiet but walking distance to all necessities

The building itself is in a quite area in Da’an district. Also, they let us check in a little earlier than 3pm as we got there ahead of 3pm. We appreciate that! :))
The noise travels through the walls quite easily. I could hear the other rooms turning on water in their bathrooms and I could hear next door people talking and laughing at 11pm.

The staff were friendly, the place was clean, and the breakfast was good. We were very grateful that they allowed us to leave our luggage for a few days, as it made it easier for us to travel to another location more comfortably

This hotel lived up to all the reviews. The staff is very professional and friendly. Fantastic service from the front desk and housekeeping. The rooms are comfortable and have a good layout. The beds are great. Pillows perfect. The breakfast is pretty good too.
