Great location, close to MRT, HSR, TRA stations, including the Airport line. Popular sightseeing locations and places to eat.
Very friendly staff. And the room had everything a solo traveller could need.

The room is clean. Great location, lot of eating places and shops nearby. 5mins walk from taipei main stations exit. Staffs helped to arrange for late check in (after 11pm) due to my flight delayed. I left my jacket in the room during check out, they helped to find and kept so that I could go back to collect few days later. Thanks for it.

Location was perfect if you'll be travelling around. Less than 5 minutes to main station and bus station. Room was a bit small and not a lot to move around, but bed was super comfortable and bathroom is good size. Staff is nice, too.
Room a bit small. But it was ok for a solo traveller like me.

Room was clean, and staff was good in responding when I had questions.
Didn't realize the hotel was on one level. Was expecting a hotel building, so it threw us off that hotel is on the 6th floor. The elevator scared me in how delapitated it looked. Room is very small, but clean. (felt like a dorm room). But for a holiday, probably wouldn't stay there again.

Clean, near the station, its about 5-10mins walk from the Bannan Line platform with only 1 road to cross if you head out the Shin Mizukoshi exit in the underground mall Z2 exit. Bed was big and comfy.
Soundproofing was quite bad. A baby was wailing next door at odd hours and I could hear every bit. The wifi is also pretty slow tbh. I cant even load manga chapter lists properly. Had to resort to 4G. Room was pretty small but imo just enough for a solo traveller to open their bags.
