Very friendly and helpfull staff. Big room
Breakfast was not in the hotel, but you needed to go to a place nearby with a voucher of 80 TWD. This is not enough for a decent breakfast.

Exceptional
The staffs were very considerate and accommodating. They would always consider the convenience of their customers plus they could speak English. We did not expect the room would be spacious and cozy for a very affordable hotel rate in the city.

Only big tub
1. 80元 meal voucher is disguised as a hotel meal ( what the..) 2. The concrete smell inside room 3. Very hard to access to an assigned room ( down to parking lot and then take another elevator) 4. The design of room interior is very different from the introduction room. taiwan always like that.. Introduction photo is for only attracting customers 5. 한국분들 여기는 안오시는게 좋아요

there was some sort of remote that controlled the lights, but it didn't work. The receptionist couldn't speak enough English to understand my problem, even if I told her in Chinese. I had to unscrew 5 light bulbs. Breakfast was a voucher for 7-11 lame!

large bathroom that is handicap prepped
extremely inconvenient location. dangerous to push wheelchair out. poor ramp design making it challenging to push wheelchair out of the building. unable to get any taxi to stop for 40 minutes. no close by food I can access / get with mom. no safe path to push handicap wheelchair on the streets

Wonderful
Affordable price for such a big room. We've enjoyed the hot tub and sauna since we've been through a tiring day and their bed was very comfy.
