We had a very pleasant stay at Silken Hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for getting around Taipei. It was a nice, quiet place to come back to after long days of sightseeing and shopping. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Nothing major that we didn’t like. We were just a little surprised that there wasn’t much closet or drawer space to unpack and store our clothes, especially for a longer stay. Otherwise, we were very comfortable.

Location is few minutes walk from either Bus station or Metro station.
Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Washroom was really good with Japanese bidet.
Staff were very helpful and it included complementary foods near the reception area.
Would be a good idea to provide option for the breakfast. Wifi connect can be improved.

We were not eligible for breakfast but loved everything else-especially the free snacks,cold water,hot drinks and countles television choices
The hotel sign outside does not appeal to me,but that is unimportant.we loved basically everything. I consider it the best 'pound for pound' hotel I ever stayed in, because it gives the most value for money.

The wall is very thin, when we were in our room, we could hear other people talking in their room. The first night, we heard the loud moaning during midnight as well.. we didn't have good sleep for 2 nights.

I like how accommodating and helpful the staffs were. They are surely proactive with the needs of their clients. Also, the free beverages and snacks are commendable!
If I were to nitpick, it’s probably not having an available rental pajama but it’s not really an issue.
