1) Location was perfect near to the MRT station 2) Room was fine but the bedding smell musty and too soft. The extra bed was very run down 3) Breakfast was perfect
The staff, they were quite rude. My experience with one of the staff who speaks English, only he can understand his own English and he refuse to pause even when we try to interrupt and obtain further clarification. Besides, the same staff was hard selling a larger bed but giving us excuse that our room does not fit an extra bed well although the hotel has agreed to an extra bed during booking and also told us the room is not ready. But after we turn it down, we got our room within 5- 10 minutes and the extra bed was already there. We are suspicious that he just wanted to keep selling larger rooms as part of his KPI.
