Wonderful
Nothing much to comment as our stay was smooth. Location is great. Clean. Just that buffet breakfast never change menu since we stay for 4 days, sale food. Get bored.

The Englisch name of the Hotel was different so it was essential to know Chinese Characters to locate it

Staffs were very helpful and friendly. Breadfast was quite nice.
The design of the toilet was not very user friendly.

Disappointing
we paid 25% more for a better view, too bad, they gave us the room at 5th floor, (highest on 12th floor), i could see 2 big trees out of my window, so i complained to the reception that it was not the view that you mentioned on the booking.com web site. She apologized that this is the booking dept problem, they will amend the wordings, but with no compensation to us. Though i request changing the room, but she refused. That is what I can't accept. And we found TV didn't work, they had to spent more than half an hour to fix it, and the safe box can't work too because out of batteries!

The view was beautiful and the room was neat, cold and clean.
The pillows were a little flat. I wish there were better options for breakfast, as it was the typical taiwanese breakfast. Eggs and chicken might have been a good addition. So we didnt really enjoy it.
