景觀一流 房間狀態也是一流 坐在窗前欣賞廣闊的河景，是一大賞心樂事 鄰近捷運站，也近公車站，交通算是方便 早餐跟其他同價的酒店比，算是不過不失

The location is just opposite the riverside which is close to the bus stop and the main road to Tamsui. It's in a great location and the hotel room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and we got 2 free drinks and snacks in our room. The reception staff were accommodating and friendly.

I was fortunate to have great views from the upper floors! Staff were very friendly! Bus stops nearby was very convenient!
Very poor, weak and unstable WiFi! Little selection for breakfast! Exactly the same location choices every day! Made a longer than two day stay rather boring!

Some of the staffs are not friendly and the location is so far away which the reviews stated near and convenient are bullshit. The breakfast say nice which stated is continental but it is more like a local food with slice bread at a corner that is all no other choices like cones or muffins. The staffs are not flex at all. the breakfast time ended at 9.30am and they stopped the guests using their coffee machine, not allow to refill and clear all the food and will remind he guests closed at 9.30am and quickly cleared the cups and bowls on the table even guests are still sitting, chasing them away. This is the FIRST time that i encountered. What kind of hotel that brush away the guests!! The room is not clean. you can find hairs on the floor. They dont even wash the cups which i had used in the morning even i requested for house keeping. This make me faint!

Excellent large luxurious rooms with superb sea views provided you stay above the 7th floor. Lower floors are disturbed by road noise and should be avoided. Otherwise I would rate it the top choice in the Tamsui area. The best property (for the views of the mangrove and sea) on our two week visit of Taiwan. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus making it great value. Check Google maps for public transport options to travel to nearby places to visit and avoid walking to the hotel. It is very well connected by bus from the MRT stations on either side.

We stayed twice, both times in sea facing rooms, on the 11th and 4th floor. The rooms were beautiful and the sea view was wonderful. The best rooms are 01 series so 121, 111 and so on, being large corner rooms with windows right across the room, corner and washrooms. The other sea facing rooms are also astonishingly good. The best views are from the highest floors as the lower rooms overlook the road and MRT line. The low floors are a torture due to the noise from the road, and the view is also blocked. Aim to be above the 7th floor if booking sea facing rooms. Definitely the best rooms (on account of the view) we have stayed in this year. The free breakfast was a welcome bonus. Great value overall. We were hesitant to book this hotel as it is quite a walk away from the MRT station. However the area is well served by bus and we discovered the bus system is linked to Google maps. Just put the location you need to get to on Google Maps and check the public transport option - it connects you seamlessly to your destination. Once we discovered this link with Google Maps we no longer needed to walk to the hotel. There are probably a dozen buses connecting the hotel to MRT and also to all locations in the Tansui area (like R26 to Fisherman's Wharf from Tansui). Getting around is super easy. We would recommend this hotel even for people interested in activities in the Beitou area as it is easily connected by public transport. Next time we travel to Taiwan we will aim to stay at this hotel for at least 7 days of our two week visit, so the entire time in Taipei. A great find at a great price.
