Wonderful
Superb staff, clean room, nice bathroom with japanese style toilet. The TV has ability to play Youtube which was rare in our trip to Taiwan.
Wifi needs improvement, the TV's smart feature is very slow and it sometimes stopped working while playing youtube videos

The staff was super helpful and friendly, we stayed two times at this hotel and it was nice for them to recognize us when we returned - made us feel very welcomed. There is a wash & dry washing machine that is free to use and they also provide washing detergent - very useful if you are traveling for longer.
The Wifi wasn't that good - only one of us had a stable connection in our room. The shower water pressure isn't the best but we managed ok.

The hotel is very clean and the staffs are helpful and friendly. Hotel is near bus station and train station. Family mart and 7-11 is walking distance. I like this hotel

Comfy bed, clean bathroom and coffee machine. Location is good. Fine overall.
The payment system was bizarre. A pre-authorization for our full booking was held, then on arrival they asked to take payment again and said they would unblock the original pre-payment. As a result a lot of our money was blocked for 3 weeks by this hotel for no reason and no benefit to anyone. If they want a pre-payment, just take a prepayment. They claimed this is usual practice in Taiwan, having stayed at 10 other accommodations this is simply not true. Another hotel in Taipei pre-authorized our payment and then actioned this payment on arrival - as all other hotels do in this situation. I wouldn't stay here again as better options exist without the unnecessary blocking of our funds for several weeks.

The location is good, nearby many eatery as well as fast food, McD, KFC all within short walking distance. the room design is nice too. comfort, private and quite room. each floor eye view is like only 3 rooms.
from the hotel to nearest train station actually is quite far walking. almost 15mins walk with kid. So if you plan to do alots of shopping and using MRT then is a really burden walk. I have to carry my princess weight around 18kg on my back as well as shopping bags. another important point is cleanliness, the room I stay bathroom/toilet have few German cockroach partying.

Great location. Helpful and friendly staff. 24hr front desk. Lots of eating places around. Well equipped but a small room. Good shower pressure.
Room was quite small for the price. Limited storage space for larger luggage. Pillows were not firm enough(they sink in and become flat).
