At 9:45 pm the room next door was
Serviced by the cleaning staff. I was in bed for a hopeful early sleep. Obviously, was disturbed.
Then at 8:15 am the room on the other side was serviced. Woke me up before by 8:30 am alarm. My goal:
To sleep.
The hotels goal: turn rooms.

Great location and lovely hotel. Feels like a movie set for a Wan Kar Wai film. In walking distance of a terrific night market. So may food choices abound and very close to subway and buses.
Air conditioning was too intense. Otherwise, everything was great.

Locations is extremely convenient. Metro station is just right across the street. Daan park is right in front. Half of the rooms have direct view of the park. Nearby there are excellent restaurants.
The rooms are old fashioned but with characters. It’s a little small though.

Really enjoyed my stay here.
Tea time is okay but at least there's coffee.
They sometimes gave me fruit at night.
Room had a hot tub. Kept my luggage when I arrived super early. Right next to metro but the exit is stairs, exit the other exit if need escalator or elevator.
Breakfast is always the same pretty much.
Would be nice if power outlet was next to bed.

The room is unusually large and the location North of Da-an park fantastic.
The breakfast is worse than it should be. At least for those who prefer Western food it is far better to go to nearby coffee shops. It's a bit strange not to have any facilities like gym or lobby.

Nice vibe and amazing staff for helping. Including the front desk, room service and the breakfast reception.
Old facilities make it hard to work with the unstable wifi, and the heavy smoking smell makes it even worse

Nice location, greet staff. Decent quality room.
The bed and bathtub jacuzzi were dirty. Hair in the bed, other people’s belongings underneath the bed and bathtub was pretty dirty when bathing our daughter.

The location can’t be beat and the view of the park is so beautiful to enjoy with our morning coffee. We’ve stayed here so many times that it does feel almost like home. The staff continues to be outstanding, efficient and friendly.
We tried the breakfast this time and it’s a must if you enjoy Taiwanese style breakfast. They serve a western breakfast food too. They also have complimentary afternoon tea which is a great treat to enjoy after hitting the sites. Highly recommend this quaint hotel!
