The room is clean and spacious. In room private tub for hotspring was great. Swift pick up and drop.off at train station. Walking distance to attractions. Typical.local porridge for breakfast was nice. Staff friendly and helped to carry luggages up/down the stairs to rooms

Retro feel old spa town hotel. Its not 5 star sleekness but is impeccably clean with comfortable beds, pretty and well kept rooms and private hot spring tubs in the rooms. The staff were very kind and friendly and allowed us to check out an hour late. Hot breakfast with great veggie options included in the morning and free access to an excellent coffee machine. Walking distance to the beitou public hot springs, markets and main shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for the price, private hot spring access and overall old-world charm. We had an amazing stay here.

Free shuttle from metro to and fro the hotel.
Plain but good hot spring tub in room.
Quick response to special request and correspondence
Room partition a bit thin, can hear next door talking and snoring.
The staircase carpet needs more thorough cleaning.
No elevator, but staff helps to bring up and down the staircase, and no service charge required

The staff are super helpful and nice. They provide free shuttle service from the nearest Xinbeitou station to the hotel, and they response really fast.
Though the hardware is a bit old, to me is fine as the place is clean and tidy.
Personally I love the breakfast as I am a vegetarian, the breakfast is family style dishes with congee.

Private hotspring is great! The bed is comfortable. There is free shuttle service to and fro the train station and the hotel. The staff helps to get luggages as the hotel does not have any lift
We did need to spend quite a bit of time to clean the hotspring tub but other than that everything is great.
