酒店离市区有点距离，所以酒店有准备专门的接送服务，可以从新北投地铁站接送到酒店，也可以送到市区中心，超级方便，很值得！接送司机也很热心推荐附近有什么好吃的。
房间整体很大很干净舒服，床个人觉得很好睡。有点后悔只住了一个晚上，私人温泉很舒服！
前台回复信息有一些些慢 但无大碍。

Great location and very friendly staff. Nice that there were soaking tubs in the room. Shuttle service was readily available, and was utilized for breakfast as it was served in another building down the road.

Loved the personal hot springs. We are lovers of onsens and having our own private bath with sulfur springs water was an unforgettable experience.

The personal was extremely nice and helpful. The hot spring walk is few
mins walk from the hotel. There are a lot of shops in few minutes walk as well, and Beitou night market with street food. the room had a bath tub that I can fill out with sulfide hot spring water.
The hotel has a shuttle from the nearest MTR station, but I did not use it as I arrived at after 10 PM

The location was great and the private outdoor hot springs bath was wonderful. The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was spacious.
We stayed 2 nights and by the second day, the smell started getting to me. 7pm for a check-in time is late considering the cost of the room, which seemed high compared to other accommodations around Taipei. Carting luggage down stairs at checkout was a pain.

We loved the hot spring water right in our own bathroom. Thank you for the surprise birthday beer and Taiwanese snacks. Very thoughtful. Staff were super friendly as well.

The accommodation was excellent and very helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. Since we traveled as a large group, the hotel kindly arranged a private onsen session for us for one hour, which we really appreciated. We stayed on a Sunday night, so it was not crowded at all, and we were able to enjoy the onsen for a long time in a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff could communicate well in English and provided great service throughout our stay.
We have stayed here before and loved it, which is why we decided to come back again. Overall, the experience was still very positive. However, one thing we did not like was the map directions from the MRT station, which suggested using a route with very steep stairs. This was quite difficult for some members of our group who had trouble walking.
That said, the accommodation provided a free shuttle bus service, which was an excellent solution and greatly helped solve this issue. We really appreciated this thoughtful service and the staff’s willingness to assist.

I love the layout of the room and the staff. Super friendly, super responsive and super helpful! The location is great too, free shuttle and you can easily walk to Thermal Valley.
The lobby is a bit outdated, no elevators but the staff is super helpful and transported our luggage to the third floor.

The onsen was very nice and the location was not too far off from the train station. The room was okay and the bed surprisingly comfortable. The theme of the place was very cozy.
The lack of hot water in the shower wasn't so nice, also the feng shui of our room (with the bed facing the door) wasn't so comforting. There are some signs that the hotel is a little run down, but not too bad.
