The hotel was terrible w/o any empathy. I booked 8 days but had to check out earlier after two days due to a family emergency (family member passed away), the hotel rejected to refund even after I provided the death certificate. Very cold blooded !

The location is pretty central. There is a metro station entrance right outside. The Taipe 101 building is also not that far. The bed was clean and comfortable. The place was clean and well laid out.

Small, bring your own amendities. Housekeeping service was only once in 2 days, which is uncomfortable. No bellboy, only ladies in front will take care of your luggages

Excellent location, right next to an MRT transfer station, convenience stores, shops, and restaurants. Staff are professional. Good sized rooms.
The beds could have been a bit softer. They were very firm, but that is to be expected in most Asian hotel rooms, however, we still enjoyed our stay.

Great business hotel. I liked the location and proximity to the various location. It is right opposite to Daan Metro Exit Gate No. 6.
