Very Good
Great location 2 blocks from the "Taibei 101" tower in the Xinyi District. Very short walk to the great "Lin Jiang" Night Food Market. Easy access via taxi/subway to anywhere in Taibei.
The room was very comfortable and bonus was a terrace from which I had a great view of Taibei city and the Taibei 101. The hotel is in the top part of a large building, so there are views from all the rooms.
The breakfast buffet was very complete with local and Western food. All I could want...
Only one criticism: When you arrive at the building, there is NO sign that says "Pacific Business HOTEL." Rather, the sign says "Pacific Business Center" - which was confusing when we arrived since we were not sure that there was actually a "hotel" at the location. I told the reception that they really should have a sign at the main entrance to the building to state that the hotel is there, and that the reception is on the 11th floor.

Great location, close to the subway, Taipei Tower, and night markets. The beds were big and comfortable and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was small but adequate, a mix of Asian and Western. The staff were very friendly, we arrived before check-in time so we left our bags and left to eat lunch but when we came back our bags were already in our room! The staff also called us a taxi whenever we needed one and wrote down our destination in Chinese (on their business card) to give to the driver. This was perfect because we then used this card to give to the taxi on our trip back!
The lobby is on the 11th floor but the 1st floor personnel was not too friendly.

I accessed the hotel by metro and Youbike.
My room was large, there was plenty of space. The Internet was the best I’ve experienced in my two years of hotels in Taiwan. There was none of that “non-secure wifi. It was awesome.
The breakfasts were sad. But there are plenty of places to eat nearby.

Great breakfast. Free self service laundry. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom layout was convenient, as sink was accessible even when someone else was taking a shower or using the toilet.
It’s around mid way between 2 metro stations in the red line - around a 12 min walk.

Location is excellent—right next to the Taipei 101 skyscraper. The hotel looks slick both outside and inside, but more importantly, the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony. The size of the room and the balcony gave us a real sense of freedom, and we enjoyed overlooking the city from above.
If you’re looking to explore Taipei, this is a great base. Many of our excursions ended right next to Taipei 101, so staying here made everything easy and convenient. There are plenty of 7-Elevens just steps away from the hotel, which was very handy.
The staff were very, very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Breakfast was also surprisingly good—especially compared to what you often get in Europe. It was fresh, satisfying, and a great start to the day. Plenty of restaurants around (some pricey, some cheap).
While the exterior of the building and the entrance might not impress at first glance, don’t let that discourage you. Inside, you’ll find good value for your money—especially if you’re not chasing luxury, but want comfort and convenience in a central spot.

The hotel was in a good location close to Taipei 101 and in easy walking distance to mrt. The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of foods.

The facilities and charging of extra breakfast when the room itself was booked for 3 people then that means 3 breakfast but they only provide us 2 and charge us for 3rd breakfast.

The location is accessible to many places as well as train and bus stations. The room was bigger than we expected and the bathroom as well was spacious.
The wifi was iffy. User gets connected and disconnected every few minutes so if you need to have a stable internet connection then it would be better to find an alternative. I would also like to suggest more variation for breakfast especially for people who take it more than 2 or 3 days.
