The hotel is nicely located between two metro stations and a bus stop right in the intersection. Nothing beats the daily view of Taipei 101.
Also got the opportunity to try their breakfast which is value for money for its worth. You get to try local dishes.
The staff are respectful, courteous, speaks well. They know what you need even before asking (we have someone using a wheelchair so they already ask if we need a sturdy chair for the shower).
Maybe bidet? The carpeted and windowless corridor can be something to be consider for improvement.

Since we are a small group (12 in all), we enjoyed staying for free in the social hall to relax and meet up for our next day plans, and free evening snacks with coffee/tea.

The family room had a good size for a hotel in the city center. We had a fantastic view on the Taipei 101. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel.
Personally, I don’t like to have carpet in the room.

The hotel is really close to the Taipei 101 shopping area. And from our room we had an incredible view on the Taipe 101.

Spacious room. Located near Taipei 101 and in the heart of Xinyi District, one of the most modern neighborhoods of Taipei..
Very slow internet. It’s too bad that the speed of the Wifi in the room is too slow. It does not match with the category and quality of this type of hotel.

Location is very convenient - near taipei 101, good shopping malls, and many speakeasy and good bars
Room is quite spacious and housekeeping is quite thorough.
We were delightfully surprised with a good view of taipei 101 from our balcony.
Building is a bit old but well-kept.
The shower gel was empty and had to ask housekeeping to refill.
They didnt have enough extra blankets to accommodate additoonal blanket requests especially it is quite cold even with the ac on the highest temp or turned off.

LOCATION. Walking distance to Taipei 101 and shopping district.
BIGGER (spacious) ROOM than most hotels in Taipei, and the room has a small balcony where you can see, partially, the Taipei 101 tower.
CLEAN.
BED is comfy, and large.
Hotel reception are professional to deal with it, as well as the breakfast restaurant, well-managed.
No bidet, a very important modern toilet fixture. There are two mirrors inside the room, but I'd appreciate it more if it includes a full-length size mirror too.

Great location 2 blocks from the "Taibei 101" tower in the Xinyi District. Very short walk to the great "Lin Jiang" Night Food Market. Easy access via taxi/subway to anywhere in Taibei.
The room was very comfortable and bonus was a terrace from which I had a great view of Taibei city and the Taibei 101. The hotel is in the top part of a large building, so there are views from all the rooms.
The breakfast buffet was very complete with local and Western food. All I could want...
Only one criticism: When you arrive at the building, there is NO sign that says "Pacific Business HOTEL." Rather, the sign says "Pacific Business Center" - which was confusing when we arrived since we were not sure that there was actually a "hotel" at the location. I told the reception that they really should have a sign at the main entrance to the building to state that the hotel is there, and that the reception is on the 11th floor.

Friendly and helpful staff, good business facilities that can be used by hotel guests. Rooms are nice, clean and roomy. Very good price performance
The beds were a bit on the hard side, but just OK for me. The lobby is on 11F of the general Business Center, a little bit hard to find at first
