The location was very close to Ximendeng station and the main street. The room size was spacious, clean and great value. Two options were offered for breakfast in the form of vouchers, we preferred Mos Burger.
The bathroom area was much colder than the rest of the room. The toilet seat was constantly cold. Shower water temperatures ranged from lukewarm to scalding with not much in between.

I had very good communication with all the staff here - they always responded promptly through messages. There's one staff, Lin, who's very helpful and friendly; he helped me arrange everything. Thank you so much! ? Everything was great: the location is perfect, the bus station is right in front of the hotel, and Ximen station is just 1 minute walking. The room exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much for everything!
please check the bidet at room number 022, need a little bit adjusment i think.

A cozy room for a lone traveller. The location is perfect. Surprising there were no noise detected even as the hotel is located in a busy street. Likely this room is situated behind the building and facing the residential area. The pantry with the free snacks, fruits and unlimited fill up of drinks is nice inclusion. Understandable this hotel is going for sustainable stay where toileteries like tootbrush or shaver were not provider ( but apparently most of the hotel in town does the same ) but manageable. Overall a surprising nice stay.

Location. Train station is just a few steps away. Although it's located in a very busy area, it's surprisingly quiet.
Lounge. We are a group of six and it's a nice place to hang out after a day's walking and sightseeing.

The staff were super friendly. We couldn't have wished for a better location! There are many dining and shopping options near the hotel, including a night market. It is conveniently located about 3 minutes walk from the MRT, one stop from main station.

Location: 10 - a minute away from the famous Ximending Shopping District and the train station
Room: 10 - beds are comfy, bathroom is clean and water pressure is strong
Service: 10 - staff are friendly and can speak fluent english so it's easier for tourists to communicate

Weather though was unfortunate, it rained all throughout our stay and we only had sunshine on our last day. But overall the trip was memorable and fun!

When I went to the room, I found a sock that I booked a customer's accommodation before. And the staff told me to check first and didn't pay any attention to me. There was no offer at all. The staff was only Minnie. The other employees were just that
The incident is that I found the socks of the person who stayed before me. Another customer opened the door of my room. And the room is not clean. There is a lot of dust
