Location, location, location. Near everything like a convenience store, food store, shopping street and train station/bus Clean yet cosy International sockets are provided in every corner of the room Refillable water dispenser Friendly staffs
Comfortable for one but might be squeezy for two No breakfast is provided but they do have 24 lounges that serve drinks, snacks and fruits As it is near Ximen/Red House it could be not quiet during events

Perfect location only 50m walk from ximen mrt exit 1 station and breakfast is outside the hotel with voucher but only within walking distance as well and with free fruits coffee water and light snacks 24/7

This Hotel is still quite new and conveniently located. Not far from the station so you can go everywhere and not to mention a stones throw from Ximen where you can shop to your hearts delight!
An isolated experience I am sure - but room next door was super noisy and the soundproofing wasnt enough to counteract this.

Staff were incredibly friendly and responsive.
It was raining heavily and we ended up at the wrong building but the staff came out to guide us to the hotel.
Location is close to Ximen station and room was comfortable.

Location is unbeatable. Dayshift front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean.
Hotel doesn't have a proper dining outlet but offer breakfast coupon with Mos Burger or Louisa Cafe. It would be ideal if, when booking a hotel, I could select a room type without breakfast to save money. There's need some improvement with the soundproof between rooms. I can hear clearly the housekeeping staff is talking loudly outside my room.

The location, room cleanliness, pantry (well stocked with snacks, drinks, fruits and coffee), and all the friendly enthusiastic staffs especially Manuel who is helpful in giving tips and tricks of nice food and tourist spots in Taipei.

The location is excellent very near to the train station. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The rooms is very small but is clean and aircon is strong. They provide you with all the basic necessities such as toothbrush, shower gel and shampoo. Snacks is also provided at the basement lounge area. Breakfast coupon is given and you have choice to use it at MOS burger or Cafe

The location is excellent - close enough to the city centre, yet far off enough from the noisiest area. The facilities were new and in good shape.
The door between the toilet and the room itself is not a proper door, but a glass door with a huge gap from the ceiling side. The odour circulated around the room whenever someone used the bathroom. The room wasn't properly cleaned even though we requested cleaning services. Hair was still on the floor and in the shower.
