I love the ambiance, the security and the helpful staffs that can understand and speak english well. Snacks are also available in dining always. I love that they have coffee
It is difficult that the elevator starts at second floor especially if you have big and heavy luggages with you.
I stayed in the dormitory and the placement of lighting on beds can be improved to have a proper illumination for vanity purposes.

Small rooms of four which is comfy and private.
Everything is high quality and clean!
Lounge is very social and always has many people talking and going out
Complimentary fresh ground coffee was really good!
Clean and well maintained bathroom inside of the room (just might be a little dark if you need to shave for example)
Location is almost perfect but if you use public transportation you always have to walk 10 minutes to the ximen station. still very good though.
They give 80$ breakfast coupon for each night of stay, which is very nice but I tried two of the near places that accept them (mi's kitchen and the fried roll place) and in my opinion they weren't very good.

This hostel is incredible. Staff is very kind, many facilities, free coffee, outstanding cleanliness, very social ad spacious. AJ did an amazing service, was very kind and helpful. She gave me great reccomandations and put a lot of effort to let me stay in my bed when I decided to extend. This is a TOP LEVEL HOSTEL !!!

Nice customers lots of students foreign students seems to be a good mix and I like the idea of having a woman’s dorm

The bed was very comfortable and the common area was comfortable and clean as well.
I thought it was expensive for what it was and the microwave was broken. Also, I booked the double room and it didn’t state talk at there wasn’t a window so I was surprised to find that there wasn’t.

Great place for solo travelers. Hostel organizes free tours, which are great for meeting other travelers. Large communal room. We had a two -bed room, which is small, but clean and comfortable.

Great location, easy access to public transportation, and a great walk to major sites
The meal tickets were great! Breakfast was AMAZING every morning at the place just a 2-min walk down the street
Super clean, loved my 4-person female dorm with en-suite bathroom

Friendly staff, pretty good location, free meal vouchers !
The towels had some stains, so I decided not to use them. I wish the bathroom was cleaned more often. One day the trash bin got filled up really fast, so other people started throwing toilet paper on the floor, I didn’t even want to use the bathroom. I stayed in girls only floor but sometimes I heard men in the hallway, so I felt a bit uncomfortable.

Nice place to stay, clean for the most part and pretty good location.
Bathrooms, particularly the showers could use an additional cleaning but I guess that’s how it is with multiple people using them.
