Exceptional
Very well designed hostel. I stayed in the 4 bed dorms and in a private. Both were really good. There is a large communal area that is open 24/7 and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I did meet some amazing people at the hostel but it was by chance and timing. I think organising more activities would greatly benefit the place due to it's size.
The only thing I think needs changing is just the after-hours check-in. I got off a very late flight (12.30am) and hadn't received the check-in instructions. I didn't know this but it was because there were still staff on-site until after 2am when I arrived. Without an activated sim or data, it was a bit stressful not knowing if I would be able to enter the hostel or not.

I like the shower facilities there was a dry area in each shower cubicle, as well as shelves and a hanging rack.

Very social hostel, perfect for solo travelers! Nice, big common area with kitchen etc. Staff was nice and helpful. It was possible to borrow the hostel's umbrellas for rainy days, which I really appreciated.
Wi-fi in the rooms was not very good.

New and Easy to walk from Ximen MRT, not near but not too far is suitable for the price.

Everything was great! The mattress is comfortable, shower area is clean, there's a rooftop and it's near Xinmending. Easy access to the busses and train station. Check in was a breezey too. Would definitely recommend!

Most sociable Hostel in Taipei. Cosy, big living room that makes it easy to connect with fellow backpackers. The people made this stay very special. The beds are comfortable, there is privacy even in the dorms, the bathrooms are clean and big, the staff is really very nice.
Some rooms on the 4th (female dorms) and I believe 5th floor smell like mold. I asked to change rooms and it was no problem. I hope they sort the problem out though.

The hostel is in a great location! It's near the Ximen station, the Rainbow Six Crossing, and the Ximen Night Market! It's very lively with many local restaurants and cafes just walking distance. I was able to take multiple day trips from the Ximen station as well. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They were approachable and answered whatever questions I had. I even ended up getting caught up in a downpour and the hostel had shoe driers! The other guests were super nice as well. This was my first time solo-traveling and as a young female, I felt very safe and comfortable in this hostel.

Staff are super friendly and will help you whenever you want. Toilets have bidet. The hostel is not far from ximending
The shared areas were super dirty, the toilets always smelled like piss. There are only 3 showers and 3 toilets for a whole floor, so we had to queue. Thats not the hostel fault but the girls i shared the room couldve done better for thenliving together part.

Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They do make this place what it is. I also liked the lobby, its really easy to socialize with other travellers, but you can also have some privacy because they offer so many options to sit.

Mattress very thin and the beds in the corner of the room not comfy quite dirty under the mattress and in the sides. Mold in the bathroom, warm water didnt work in some showers.
