Breakfast and bed were pretty good for a hostel. Staff was helpful with my issues. Close to NTU campus/MRT station/night market comparing with other choices (but a bit far from any convenient store).
Both the room and common area have visible stain (and hair on my bed). Much of toilet floor got covered in water every time I showered. I would expect hand soap and larger towel to be provided with the price I paid. The room service didn't come according to promised frequency. Luggage storage lacks security.

What I like most about this hostel is that Muslim friendly, in the room there is a sign of the direction of the Qibla. It's located in a strategic location, which is close to MRT Station, and just a few minutes' walk, we will arrive at the location. In addition, around the hostel, there are street markets, outlets, and various restaurants.

I used the 5000NTD voucher from the airport and everything went smoothly. Had a great time and nice PBJ toast for breakfast with fresh fruit.
The people in the room next to me were so loud, even after 02:00 am. Couldn’t really sleep that night.

Perhaps location, it’s a 12 min walk from the station. Still convenient, just not the most. Towels are not provided too :)

I like the enviroment here. It has the warm, cozy and comfortable vibe with a few rooms for you to work, relax, and chit chat outside your bedroom.
The mattress is not comfortable. The area around the bed is not clean at all, esp. near the window.
