I have been coming to her since they opened (10 years ago?) every year I am in Taipei. The experience has been consistently exceptional. Everything is perfect, but the staff is the most outstanding part of the whole package.
My friends always come to my room for a drink or chat, and most of us middle-aged women feel the lighting can be better. It can be too dimmed in some of the rooms.

The whole stay was great and the room was very well done wherever you looked, you would find good quality materials and also thoughtful design. The room was very well laid out and did not feel cramped.
The plug points could have latched onto the plugs a little more securely, as my charger would sag off the wall with a travel adapter. Additionally the mirroring software on the TVs was a little odd to use, but worked well after 20 minutes of figuring it out.

Location is good. 3 mins walking from subway station
Room is tiny. Front desk not very friendly.
No one helped us with luggages. We had 4 luggages, waited outside and no one came out to help. So we had to go in and asked for help. No immediate help.

Close to malls and TSA airport. Has bathtub for bath and foot bath to relax after long tour walk
When guest arrive to checkin, nobody came out to help moving luggages

The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and location was very convenient.
The fitness center was very sparse, small, and lacking in equipment. Beyond that there were no other amenities.

Amazing location, great neighbourhood. I love buses, so used bus to go around, and it is super simple and fast.
Staff was nice, we got lucky to get an upgrade, rooms are clean
Breakfast was good.
A bit expensive, but comparing to other hotels similar level in Taipei - it is fine.
