Very convenient location. 2 mins walk to green mrt line exit 2/3. Staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions for visiting the city.
AC has a little bit of stale smell when it is on.

The hotel's location very near to MRT station, staff friendly especially front desk Cindy, breakfast was good and variety of food, room clean and quiet. I had booked this hotel 3 times and was happy staying in this hotel.

(1) Close to the Songjiang Nanjing MRT Station Exit 3. (2) The room is clean, and housekeeping is done every day (3) The breakfast menu was great, and the options are different every day. (4) Hotel receptionists were very friendly and guided us to the hotel facilities in detail (5) Check-in procedure was fast & easy (6) Free tea, coffee, water, and tidbits at the hotel's hobby (7) There is a coin-operated washing machine (NTD$ 50) and dryer (NTD$ 50)
(1) The hotel was a little old (2) The room size was a little bit small, but the bed was comfy (3) A little walk (5 mins) to the nearest convenience shop, 7-11.

Good location. Close to metro and plenty of restaurants. Our room was not spacious but that was expected. The cleaning staff did a good job cleaning our room. We really appreciated it.
1. The AC is at a constant 19.5C despite our many tries to adjust it higher. We even verified with the hotel staff how to operate it. It was no use. 2. The mini fridge was not cold so we couldn’t store any drinks. I think someone else also pointed these problems in his review. 3. The drain stopper was always stuck and the sink couldn’t drain water. The hotel staff couldn’t fix it.

The first couple of days I had a mosquito problem. (10+ bites and I kill 5-7 mosquitos every time I enter the room) I made a complaint and they advise me to contact booking.com. After booking contacted the hotel. The hotel put a plug in my room and majority of mosquitos disappeared. The room was fine after the plug in. Good shower though

Close to the MRT. Reception staff are kind and polite. There is tea and snacks available for guests.
Room is very small. Bath towels need to be upgraded. We understand that many people got flu at this time. Breakfast staffs coughed a lot and spat in to the trash bin front of the guest that were having breakfast. Food hygiene is an issue to be concerned as well. We paid for breakfast but did not enjoy them.

Great location. Comfortable beds.
This was the most expensive hotel we stayed at during our trip to Taiwan, and had the worst facilities. Room is dated (shower curtain etc.) , no hand soap at the sink. Only one key card… it was like they were trying to save costs wherever they could.
