Both my son and I loved the bed! So comfortable.

Disappointing
We’ve stayed at the property regularly over the years because it’s a great location and the rooms and amenities are great.
But the service is really lacking. From the front desk, to the concierge to the dining staff, I did not feel like I was treated with respect and a valued customer. Disappointing! There are other choices of good rooms in the increasingly competitive space for hotels in Taipei that without good service it is hard to choose le Meridian again.

They have many usb sockets for both side of the bed. Large table, great for working. The cookies they gave as a welcome gift in room is delicious!
The first room we stayed was perfect, except that its bathroom sink leaks. But we arrived very late and it’s already a long day for us, so we decided to talk to the hotel tmr. Then the sink takes time to fix so we have to switch to another room.
Though the second room isn’t as comfortable as the first one, it’s near we didn’t have to move so much.
What is disappointed me is their customers service. It’s a 5 star international hotel, we are moving because their sink is broken, but they make no amends for this.

Beautiful place.
Location nearby Tower 101 and its shops (be careful, not close to the old Taipei and its historical monuments).
Room spacious, well equipped.
Staff very professional.
Nothing to complain about.
Did not try breakfast.

Excellent customer service and support provided by reception staffs. I approached the reception staffs Oscar and his colleague for contacts of nearby shops that may be open at 10pm as I lost my luggage. In response, they have given me very helpful information and arranged express laundry for my clothings.
Hotel location is very centralised for our meetings and well connected to shopping malls and restaurants.

Terry at the registration counter was very accommodating even though he wasn't the concierge staff. He even walked out with me and showed me the right road to take with clear and specific instructions. Not only that, when I was back after a good 4hours, he greeted me from far and acknowledged a trip well taken with a nod. Such a warm welcome on a solo biz trip. Brought a smile on my face just thinking about it.
The AI clock was fun and useful too. I was very surprised since I have not been back for more than 10 years and yet Le Meridien Taipei had upgraded and better itself. Well done.
Cleanliness in the room could have been better.
