The location cannot be beat, the best of Ximending is just outside the door. Bed was comfortable and a great strong shower in the bathroom. Breakfast seemed ok, and I liked the cool cafe area.
We checked in early and we're told the room would be ready by 3, as expected. At 3 we were told it was taking longer because I'd requested a quiet room (???). 4 hours between check out and check in could be enough to turn all the rooms around unless you're short of housekeepers. Maybe 10-15 minutes later the "quiet" room was ready, we were given a room right opposite the lifts! And within 5 minutes inside the room we could see how loud that was going to be. We asked to move to a quiet room, but making sure it would still be the same standard / and we're assured it would be. The room we were given was much smaller, one side of the bed right up against a wall making it hard to access Not really what we had booked, but I didn't feel able to ask once again to move rooms. There were also a bunch of loud customers in corridors including a screaming fight. That's not the hotel's fault but perhaps comes as default with her very young average age of clientele.

Good location. 7-11 is just downstairs. I prefer the triple room cos so much bigger. Twin room is rather small.
No privacy for bathroom cos it common area for v washing, toilets with exposure of what your do.

Its in a centralised area, within walking distance to all key eateries in Ximending. Youll need to take another train exit further away if you need the lift and ramp if you have luggages. Hotel is clean and they provide free laundry with detergent. I had an accident and hotel was really good to check and provide any assistance to make it a more comfortable stay for me. They called a taxi for me to hospital, arranged a wheelchair & placed a chair in the bathroom as I was not in a handicap room. They made my inconvenienced miserable state better and Im really thankful to all the staffs. The service rendered is as per all other comments. They try to provide their best and its getting rare in many places nowadays. I recommend others to stay here and not look elsewhere.
They couldnt arrange an earlier check-in but thats because the hotel is really popular.

Commute is convenient as there are buses that can bring you to raohe night market & wanhua area. Within 5 minutes walking distance to Ximending. There is a seven eleven and sushiro at level 1 of the building. Coffee machine is available for use 24/7 at the lobby lounge. Many foot massage outlet nearby. The room (3 bedder) is very spacious. Friendly and helpful staff.
Amenities in the room has some wear and tear. Can hear water pipe knocking sound distinctly.

Loved the location! Near the night market, we loved the breakfast spread- it changes everyday. Rooms cute, lobbys nice too! We booked 4 rooms in the hotel and they gave us rooms on the same floor

This hotel has good value for money. Free breakfast, which we enjoyed daily. Also, we appreciate the really clean rooms as well as the free laundry. The location is great, very close to the train station. Staff were very friendly and accommodating
