Disappointed and there was too much disturbance in the room because of one of the roommate (I believe she would be the staff staying in the room) and wakes up or comes back at 3 am

The buffet breakfast was delicious! I loved the vegetarian options. It is also very well located.
The common areas could have some improvements, maybe a bit more places to have a seat.

Wonderful
The location was great as well as the amenities! There were massage chairs, laundry, breakfast and anything else for your needs. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. 5 minute walk from the metro made going anywhere super easy and quick!
The room and bathroom were small but it wasn’t too small and did not impede comfort or happiness at all! Perfect for two people.

It's very close to the MRT station. It's clean and the bed is comfortable. Equipped with a small refrigerator.
A little small to fit open luggage. The water temperature is a little bit unstable. Breakfast is a little disappointing. When we arrived around 8h30 there were few choices. No milk, not a lot of veggies and only juices, soy milk. When we were leaving around 9h30, they suddenly brought out more food. Hard boiled egg, salad, etc.

comfortable hostel 3min walk from MRT station (with light bag could walk from Zhongshan MRT on Taipei station line), hostel is in central location with many eating places and shops right at door and lots more in easy walk distance.
clean hostel, all toilets/showers (large, spacious) are downstairs from the door rooms - was built in a particular layout for a large hostel.
CAPSULE (large size) dorms up with curtain, light require room card inserted, local power outlet wUSB- , aircon but capsules get warm at night - i had to use only doona cover.

laundry has free machines and free dryers!
power outlets in common areas don't have seats near them - and no tables/desks
fridge beside reception for storage, good wifi throughout.
breakfast selection is good enough range (asian varieties mainly)
common space has seats but lacks any tables to do any kind of computer work or planning - just not thought out for this kind of thing; (breakfast area not available for this) - only comfortable table option is to go out to a cafe. common area AC weak on level 2

The location was excellent, the lounge, the share bathrooms, the cleanliness, the breakfast were all worth it. The rooms are small, especially if you get a 6 person dorm or similar to share. Next time, I might get two and four. But overall, I think it's worth booking again.
No regular cleaning of rooms for dorms. Not much interaction with staff at all. Mostly they stay behind the counter but they are not unfriendly or unhelpful, just not forward.

1st time i book dorm. This hotel is good for backpacker and young people. I booked the hotel for short transit for my next flight. The staffs are warm and helpful. They also have 3 massage chairs and it really help me to be relax and fresh before my next flight. Thank you
The bed area is small, but it worth it with the price.
I havent try to sleep at the bedroom yet.

It's close to the subway station, so I could take the train, which took me to the main areas in Taipei. It's also close to the red-light district though.
I got terrible bug bites around my body during the nights in bed. The itchiness was extreme I've ever had in my life. About 10 bites got into red swollen spots and blisters, and yellow liquid came out from each. I asked a female staff to change the room, and I changed the room. But the next day, I got additional 5 bites in the new room. So, I got about 15 bug bites in total. I asked another female staff to change the room, and I changed the room again. I also talked to a male staff, but he sounded like he was annoyed with me. I am the one who is annoyed with the bug bites occurred in the hotel. I couldn't sleep at all these nights. I had to look up and see a dermatologist. The doctor said that the symptom was extreme, and these might be bed bugs or another kind of strong ones. The hotel did not offer support, and of course, I didn't get refund. I've had extreme itchiness until now. I had to see another dermatologist when I got back home after this travel. I had to throw away fabric-made belongings and had to buy new ones. I've taken strong steroid medicines. I have to see a doctor again. I wish the hotel could refund the money that I have paid to the hotel, at least.

The room serves its purpose. It is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom was very clean as well. The hotel is located in a walkable area.
The breakfast was overall bad. Not many options for vegetarians and the food quality was not the best.

Good location, free laundry, free massage chair.
Room is super small with only 2 power outlets. Water leaks from the shower door. Small and uncomfortable bed. Breakfast is undesirable.
