Great location with the subway station just across the street from the hotel. The breakfast was fabulous. Suggest to install a second coffee machine. There is always a long queue in front of the coffee machine in the morning.

Very nice hotel that served both business people and tourists. Excellent location. Across the street from aMRT station and one MRT stop or I/2 mile walk from Taipei Main Station. Very easy to get to and from the airport on the MRT (Airport Express). Some but not a lot of restaurants close to the hotel. Staff provided us with very good restaurant options. Staff was helpful and the hotel stored our luggage and allowed us to use the lounge area while we waited to go to the airport for a late flight.

The hotel was super close to the train's station exit. It was also only one stop away from Taipei Main Station. Convenience store and Starbucks nearby. The rooms and beds were very large. They always changed our towels every day. The breakfast menu changed slightly each day to add variety. The fresh fruit they other was very sweet and ripe. Unlimited hot soy milk. Very rich and not watered down like other places. Egg cooking station that could cook the Sunnyside up, over easy, scrambled, and there were boiled eggs off to the side. They had a coffee, hot chocolate, and milk tea machine, which would make individual servings.
Wish it had a bathtub.

1) Excellent location - right next to a train station and convenience stores and restaurants.
2) Cleanliness.
3) Quietness.
4) Friendly staff.
5) Spacious room & big bed.
1) No gym. I thought there was one (saw some photos on Google - maybe they shut it down recently)
2) No water dispensers on each floor. There is one on 3F but it's too inconvenient.
3) Breakfast could improve.
