The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is very good, right near the MRT station. The breakfast was good and the all day free coffee and snacks on the second floor was very nice.
There are no drinking water in the room. They charge you 10 Taiwan dollars per page if you need to print something (33 US cents),it’s ridiculous. This is the first time ever I was asked by a good hotel to pay for printing my next flight’s boarding pass.

A few feet from the metro blue line. Cozy room in a small boutique hotel with English speaking staff. Breakfast had many Asian choices but few western dishes.
They should include a few breakfast pastries for westerners.

Very good location just next to MRT station. 2nd floor lounge open all day for drinks and snacks is a big bonus, especially if your room does not have a view. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Hotel is very clean, nice and modern.
Odd number rooms do not have a view as very close to neighbour building. Had curtain closed throughout the stay which makes you feel a bit depressed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for a first-timer in Taipei and a solo traveler. It is close to the metro, and many 7-Elevens and ATMs are nearby.

I really like your 2nd. floor lounge, it is very convenient to have a cup of coffee during the day when we came back from city tour. It is with simple drinks or snacks, but is is pretty considerate. Love it very much for the comfortable environment.

Location is great, you walk out the Metro exit and the hotel is right in front of you. Many tourist spots are only a few stops away (along the Bannan Line). Fantastic breakfast variety. It was raining heavily during our stay, so we took advantage of the loaner umbrellas, too.

The staff were super friendly and the room was quite spacious. Breakfast buffet was extremely good and had lots of options. I liked having the water filling station and laundry room on the 2/F to promote sustainability.
As the room was facing a building that was super close to the windows, the room was extremely dim during the day and it made it feel like was evening. As someone who really does not like bright electric lights, the room could benefit from differing light options and dimmers to help create a more comfortable environment in lieu of there being no natural light during the day.

All the facilities are very very good, the location was absolutely superb. The only downside that I could think of was that they didn’t provide bottled drinking water.
As a Westerner I found the bed a little hard but that’s the brakes when travelling in Asia.

The location is good and the hotel is family friendly. Rooms are clean.
There used to be a doorman that opened the entry doors as you walk up to them but that service was gone this time. Doors are heavy to push open yourself.
