The hotel is quite new, very clean environment, friendly staff and front desk. Breakfast is very good with good varieties.
Exhaust fan for the bathroom is not functional, not good for humidity and moisture level.

The breakfast was excellent, good selection which varied each day. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The facilities provided such as the laundry/dryer room, tea and coffee making facilities in both the room and the foyer were much appreciated as was the provision of the cold water machine.
The twin room was compact for two people with luggage.

Location is good and convenient
House keeping is poor. No spare toilet roll provided. Ended up 1 of the days when used up the near finished toilet roll, I needed to use my own face tissue paper. The next days still no spare toilet roll provided by the house keeping. So I called the customer service to bring me a toilet roll for spare, they asked to go down to take it from the reception counter. That would be very embarrassing if there were any people checking in there. Hope this can be improved.

The facility and interior were clean and well-maintained! The staff, including the front desk, restaurant, and cleaning staff, were all kind and helpful. Breakfast was enjoyable, with slight variations every day. The shower water pressure and temperature adjustment were both fine. Although it’s a bit of a walk from the station, the location made it convenient to travel in various directions by train. Perhaps because it was during the New Year holidays, I was pleasantly surprised to find a cookie set as a gift waiting in the room upon my return.
It would have been better if toilet paper could be flushed.

It’s located in a convenient area in between Nanjing Fuxing and Zhongxiao Fuxing MRT, making it convenient to travel around places. There are plenty of food options in the vicinity - cafes, night market, restaurants. There are also various shopping malls in the vicinity, Breeze Center being the nearest by 5mins walking!
Hotel room was spacious enough for 2 large luggages. Beds were comfortable (although mattress is on the softer side), toilet is well-lit and maintained. The staff were all polite and courteous, especially the housekeeping team that greeted us every morning! Our stay also included the hotel breakfast which was sumptuous. The team was very nice to have gifted each room a box of baked goods during Christmas and New Year’s Day.

Wonderful
The warm, friendly, and kind staff added a special touch to our experience. The room was clean and comfortable. The morning buffet breakfast was packed with healthy, delicious food selections of fresh salad, fruits, and many more. The Taiwan Adventist Hospital is a four minute walk where we got great vegetarian food and healthy bread. Overall wonderful stay, and highly recommend for families.
