Nice with the free washing machine.
There was a weird smell and very humid. I have stayed in many hotels in Taipei and this was the first one where I really felt uncomfortable with the humidity inside the room.

Breakfast was very good. Very fresh, good variety. Staff helped solve issues when I had them.
When I first checked in I was in a room which had a very soft mattress, which I found uncomfortable. I asked the staff if it was possible to change to a room with a firm mattress and they arranged for me to do so from the second night, which was great. Perhaps worth requesting at time of booking what mattress you prefer if possible.

The property has everything I needed and the hotel offered washing machines and dryers free for guests to use is a bonus. The hotel room is very clean and comfortable.
The bed and pillow are a bit too soft, a bit far from the main shops and the blue line Taiwan MRT (approx 20 mins walk) and better breakfast options would be good

Breakfast items/varieties good enough. Overall facilities offered are Value for Money compared to paid room rental . Very helpful with laundry room facilities provided for guest Room a bit small , yet cant complain w the paid rental.

Front desk personnel are professional; breakfast is not too fancy but adequate; location is perfect for my needs and the rent is reasonable. Enjoyed my stay.
House cleaning lady needs to respect the rule set by the hotel: no knocking on the door when the do not diturb sign is hung on the door knob.
