Breakfast was not part of our package though we did order for an additional fee. Breakfast was a disappointment due to value. We paid over $1000 TWD and my over easy eggs were like rubber, meat over cooked. We ended up not eating and walking out. Rest of stay was excellent. Location, comfort, friendliness of staff all good.

The self check-in part was awkward. I think putting someone in front of a giant screen like that is very annoying. I guess I'm old-fashioned but checking-in should be a human-to-human process.

The location of the hotel is great.
The lobby environment being shared with a bar. The lack of instructions for the room control panel. Room servicing was inconsistent, there were technical difficulties with the room TV.

Nice and stylish rooms.
When I arrived, the reception and bar area were busy and blocked off with a conference, which meant standing around awkwardly by the elevators during the lengthy check in process.

location is perfect, near the metro and convenience stores and malls. The bar and music on level 5 was very enjoyable and chill.
Hard to find space to open huge luggage, but otherwise everything else is good
