The location was good. It was close to the subway, close to stores and restaurants, and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was good in the mornings and I appreciated having a hot water dispenser.
The showers are so poorly designed... they drain water to the bathroom floor and it soaks the entire floor. It would have been fine if it was designed to be a wet bathroom but it's clearly not, with a bath tub and everything. No matter how you angle the shower head, the floor will be wet. We had this issue with 2 different rooms. I've also stayed in Eastin Hotel in the same building and also had issues with the shower. Just avoid this place if you can. It is such a stupid problem to have.

Just the location close to shopping mall.
They served breakfast but the dishes were washed by hand by the receptionist. It was not sanitized. The food they served during breakfast was not cold enough; the ice under the serving plate was not cold enough. Not good enough for me.
The fruits they served were 5 days old, such as apples and brown bananas.
It was under standards.
The bathroom shower leaked through the bathroom.
The bathtub floor doesn't have a non-slip mat.
Customer service doesn't address its customers for safety issues. They hid behind their desk looking at their cellphone. Very bad customer service they are like zombies non non-verbal ignore the customer.

Location was very good. Direct blue line train stations. Plenty fooods around for breakfast. Room make up daily + point. The hotel does profile free drinks and some snacks which is + point. Giant bed, spacious for asian at least. There's laundry at carrefour beside MCD.
Bed wasn't that comfy. Pillow bad. Wish there's laundry service too. Not much to do at hotel other than sleep.

Continental breakfast is adequate but not exceptional. The variety and portions of food items should meet the needs of travelers. May want to consider start serving breakfast half an hour earlier to accomondate those who have early business to attend to. I enjoyed interaction with the evening and night lady receptionists as well as the house cleaning staff. Special mention goes to Mr. Liao who was exceptional.
Momentary power interruption was a nuisance in the first room I was assigned to, which caused any plugged-in electronic devices to reboot. This did not happen in the second room I was allowed to switch to later in my stay. I finally got some much needed zzzzzz.

Location is good.
It is very different from the description and from the photos. There is a strong smell of mold everywhere. The bed, pillows, and bathroom were fine. It is too pricey for what it is. The breakfast looked cheap, so I eat at the coffee place across the street.

Chose this hotel because of the location and the size of the family room.
As we are in the taller side, there’s just bumping of head in the shower ceiling, other than it’s all good.

Hotel is good location, close to bus stop and metro station, also close to SOGO malls.
Hotel also provides snacks which is for free.
The WI-FI can be improved, it is in the slow side.

Shower and toilet wasn’t divided. So after shower, water all over the floor. It’s so weird where the washbasin is at the entrance beside the door. The room design is so odd.
The bed wasn’t comfy at all. Not many place to hang clothes too.

The location was great. It's very close to the nearest metro station, restaurants, Carrefour Supermarket, shopping malls, Cosmed etc.
The air-conditioner was working but it was quite warm throughout my 11-day stay.
