Clean room, toilet comes with Japanese bidet, extensive choice of TV channels, 2 TVs, good location
Can be a bit more soundproof, bed next to the door can be a bit noisy when people are walking by

Nice location, near MRT, the room was spacious for 5 people. The free coffee and snacks were a nice touch. Beds were confortable, good water pressure.
Perhaps add more food variety and quantity for breakfast, sweep under the bed please, and add more hangers in the family room.

Location is good, place is clean, room quite spacious, big bed. Staff speaks English.
The bed was quite hard, breakfast had very limited vegetarian options, everyday the same, room without window is not comfortable because it messes with your day/night feeling.

Had a double bed room with a window view just for two people. The room was a little small but do-able. We had the room cleaned every morning and were happy with the results.
The location of the hotel was great, right next to the train station exit. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
The breakfast was the same everyday. Rice porridge with condiments. White bread with ham, cheese, vegetables, fruit jam and butter.

The hotel is located very close to a train station exit (NO. 11). Very well located. Shopping centres and eateries nearby. There is a 24/7 restaurant at a nearby intersection.
The hotel room (two double beds for 4 people) is spacious and comfortable. I had the room cleaned everyday without any issue.
Drinks are free to consume. There are also some snacks occassionally near the dining area.
Would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!
The breakfast was the same every day (I stayed for 7 days). It is not something that I don't like but might be an issue for other people who stay long-term. The rice porridge and condiments were great!

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Friendly staff. Excellent location, the building is right in front of a MRT entrance.
Wifi was slow and unreliable, needs improvement.
