Dear [Hotel Name/Team], I’d like to share some feedback about my recent stay. The power sockets were quite far from the bed, which made charging devices a bit inconvenient. The hair dryer was small and not very effective, and unfortunately, there wasn’t enough body wash provided in the family room — it ran out on the first day. Additionally, since no extra hair dryer was available, it took me a long time to dry my hair. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience in the future. Thank you for your attention. The beds were really comfy and the size of the room was quite large! The location was perfect for Ximen.
I couldn't control the temperature of the room, there was only an on/off button for the AC. It gets quite cold. Also the button for the 4th floor lobby doesn't say 4 so be careful! It says 'lobby' in Chinese, so people who don't know the language may get confused.

Everything as expected. I also liked that the rooms are only serviced when we decide to.
The hot water takes a lot of time to actually get hot. Not terrible but requires a lot of patience.

location was great, short walk to train station and walking distance to some attractions.
no windows in room, no cups to make tea/coffee. Not sure where the other guests were on our floor - seemed very quiet which is not a bad thing. Looks like some rooms were residences.

The hotel is located in a small alley just off the main street, very close to the Ximending Night Market (only about a 5-minute walk). It has a beautiful, luxurious design (with slightly dark-toned colors) and is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The reception staff are very friendly and speak excellent English.
The downside is that the room size is very small and cramped

Great location and the room had a great very comfy bed. Lots of shops around and Starbuck across the road. The staff at reception are so helpful and amazing.
The AC made noise and there was no way to control the temperature. Also, the kettle in the room was leaking. The shower could do with a certain, so the bathroom floor doesn't get wet.

Very good location and close to Ximen Metro Station. The staff was very kind and they let me to store the luggage when I did the check out. Rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. The access to the hotel is trough an internal corridor at ground level, between two retail shops. You need to take a lift to the 4th floor to get access to the Lobby. It gives you a more authentical experience going inside Taiwanese environment.
Perhaps an additional signage to help you finding the entrance to the Hotel at Ground Level will be beneficial.

The best features of the property are its location, room size, and staff. It's located in the heart of Ximending, with many restaurants, shops, convenience stores nearby. Room was so big even for 4 people. The staff were friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. Shower needs a curtain and handle so you can get in and out safely. Also missing was floor mats for the bathroom floor.
