Not my first stay at the Grand Hyatt, it is always a pleasant place to return to. Room, restaurants, facilities are all of a high standard, and so is the staff. Always friendly and ready to help you out. And the location next to the "101" is of course great for shops and restaurants.

Very convenient location, the hotel is nice, and the services are excellent. The bathroom has styiish fixtures, and thoughtful touches like mirror for make-up, and good lighting. The overall design is elegant, emphasizes the comfort, and provides a sense of luxury to guests.

Location. Its the best located hotel in Taipei
Showing its age. Room is small, ceilings low. Bed too soft, pillows are not 5star quality. Room is crowded with a semi-modern look that makes it look cheap for such a “grand” 5star. This is what I dont like with Hyatt hotels ie. attepts to modernize that make it look cheap

Great location. Lovely service.
Perhaps a little overpriced. We paid for club access and did not feel it was worth it. The pool area did not feel super inviting, we would have utilised this area more had it been more welcoming entering that level. We also dined at a few of the on-site restaurants which also appeared to be very pricey and the service was not amazing.

No toiletries provided like shower cap etc, understand this is aligned to ESG but instead of removing completely this can easily be substituted with eco frindly / bamboo bio degradable products. It is a luxury property after all.
