We love the hotel and space for the purposes of our visit.
The hotel ran our card 12 hours before check in under a different company name in Taiwan. The charge was flagged. We ended up cancelling the card. Please send notice of charge or make the company charging the same as the hotel name.

Staff were all polite
Guests in this hotel were having party two of three nights where I stayed there. The noise kept going on way past midnights. The hotel staff was aware of the noise, but did not proactively resolve the situation

Wonderful
Spacious, clean, quiet! We always love staying in the area which is a bit outside of city centre and checkinn Nangang is the place. We had very nice sleep for our long haul flight back to the US. And it’s affordable, we will stay with checkinn Nangang again.

Hotel room is big and clean, big windows, however, it has hot water issue and there is no restaurant available in the hotel. During our stays, we were transferred to other hotel because of no hot water in the bathroom. and were transferred to hotel with much more smaller room which caused a lot of trouble.

Super clean, staffs are all friendly and helpful. They even have filtered water for the guests to refill drink bottles on the ground floor. I was on the top floor and that made me feel even more comfortable! The lifts are all effective to use.
The sound insulation is not that great so occasionally can hear next door neighbors' talking, have to knock their door to let them keep quiet at nighttime.
