Very Good
The morning staff, Jason and Sharon, were very responsive and helpful to meet my needs and expectations. And the 3rd floor fitness center staff Andrea is friendly and professional. Communication with them and the General Manager Tina were excellent. Of course, the location is superb, near Daan Park where I run regularly and near MRT station!
Not much to be honest, after communicating with and getting responses from the hotel staff. I would really like to see some weight sets in the fitness center.

Very helpful staff, nice rooms, outside pool was nice
SPA was small and one had to instruct heating of sauna in advance ....sometimes it was hot and sometimes only mild. Somewhat a bit boring neighborhood....interesting night spots are taxi ride away

The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful at the lobby for check-in and general questions. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were always ready to bring us what we needed. The hotel restaurant staff were also friendly. The entire staff went above and beyond to help the guests during our stay over a couple of typhoon days when the whole city was shutdown. Great location for convenience, near the MRT, or short walks.
The pool was closed for use even though it was supposed to be open.

From the outset, the staff made a lasting impression with their warm, welcoming demeanor and attentive service. Their friendliness created a truly hospitable atmosphere that greatly enhanced our stay. The room was clean, and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing visit.
One downside was the noise level at night. While it wasn’t overly disruptive, it was noticeable enough to be slightly distracting during our attempts to sleep. It didn’t severely impact our stay, but it’s worth mentioning for light sleepers. The most significant issue we encountered involved the hotel’s laundry service. While we were happy to pay for the convenience of using the in-house service, we were taken aback by the price. We intend to get the self-service laundry which we were well aware of the price (less than £15) but we decided to do it the following day. The following day, a lady took our clothes to be sent for laundry, thinking its the same service . We were asked to pay nearly £250, an unexpectedly high amount for what was a few amount of clothing (mostly badminton ensemble). This left us with a slightly diminished impression of an otherwise great experience. It felt excessive compared to what we would expect at similar hotels, and a clearer breakdown of the pricing or advance notice of the total cost would have been appreciated. Despite this hiccup, our overall stay was still enjoyable. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore Taipei. With a bit more transparency on services like laundry, the experience would have been flawless.

We had a great stay!
Nothing we didn’t like. Only thing worth noting is that the pool area closes at 5 p.m. and seems to be closed on Tuesdays for maintainance.
