The breakfast was varied and delicious, especially the coffee. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was beyond perfect. The location is perfect, so much of what I wanted to see in Taipei was within walking distance, and for attractions farther away, it was of no concern as transportation is so very cheap.
The WiFi would come and go, and when it was present, the signal was not very strong. Often I would find myself simply switching to my own cellular data even when I was connected as pages would not load and streaming would not function.

The property was in a good location, walking distance to Ximending, Peace Park, several restaurants/food stalls, a department store and a Taipei train station.
The hot water and water pressure in the shower was great!
There were free snacks.
The staff was the best thing about the hotel. I particularly loved Evie (with the dimples), she was very friendly and communicative and had a down to earth vibe.
I came at a time when they were renovating and also repairing one of the elevator- a message I received about two days prior to my trip. So it was very noisy from like 10am-5pm with hardcore power drilling, of course the elevator was out and the ones available were slow as molasses. The side of the hotel I was on had a water damage stench-but that could be a common thing for a lot of places there, so I can’t complain too much. Other than that, it was okay.

The location of the hotel is great and the personnel is very friendly. Unfortunately, the rest did not match our expectations.
The room itself was very humid, the AC had that distinctive unpleasant smell - moldy. While we upgraded to rooms with windows, the windows were half a foot away from a massive wall blocking all light and air. The sheets and the walls had traces of humidity, and I'm pretty sure it helped me catch a cold. Even if you try to disable the AC - it was really cold in Taipei while we were there - it turns back on its on, blasting cold , damp air in your face in the middle of the night.
on top of that the elevators were very very unreliable and felt unsafe. the doors would close even if something was in the way.

The location was close to Taipei Main, Ximending and other stations within walking distance. Plenty of shops and food options nearby. The staff were all kind and friendly. Room was small but clean and functional.
The location was kinda hard to find initially as the check-in lobby was in a building basement. The lifts were very slow as well.

Location was the best part but would rather stay somewhere clean and comfortable than ever come back.
Really bare facility. Bed was rock hard. Could hear neighboring units. Shower had mold growing in it. Also shower drain can’t keep up with outflow of water so it floods if you don’t pay attention. Building and room smelled very bad. Would never stay here again.

The best aspect in Finders Hotel was the location. Walking acces to shops and eateries, but also to the MRT Station. We also liked the comfortable bed and their care for the environment. The laundry service was also useful for us, considering that we had a 10 day stay and the provided water and noodle soups/snakcs. A little improvement that they could make: a little bit more variety in breakfast for the European guests. Otherwise, it was a great stay and good value for money. Thank you for all!
The elevator could be cleaner, however, not the Finder's fault, because in that building are located several other companies, too.

They allowed me to check in early which was a bonus. Loved the free snacks at the lobby.
Cleaning was done every 3 days. Requires quite a walk to the main train stations (NTUH, Ximen, and Taipei Main.

Disappointing
The breakfast, while low priced, was marginal with their coffee machine dispensing muddy tasteless water. It is worth it if you have no other options.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I booked a room with a window and it was nice except for the issues listed below. Most of the rooms are small and have NO WINDOWS. Be careful if you have issues with that.
It is a very family friendly place with a children's play area and a large room to sit and socialize or work. The laundry room is adequate but due to large family loads, it was not easy to get use of the machines,
Due to the humidity, the rooms have mold issues. I ignored it since it was only a slight odor, but it was obvious. By the time I ended my 6 night stay, I was starting to get chest congestion which I have had in previous moldy carpeted rooms.
I will not stay here again despite the good service and friendly staff.

As it shares with another hotel.
~ Hard time to do laundry as the machines are older model (2 Washing machines, 2 Dryer) which it does not show timer of how long left and there will be inconsiderate people that doesn't time their own washing/dryer and we need to wait extra 15-30 mins just to justify for the staff being able to take their clothes away (as rules imply that we are to let the staffs knows that nobody collect the laundry)

Very Good
The hotel is conveniently located near Taipei Main Station and Ximending. Its also close to the 228 Peace Memorial Park and National Taiwan Museum. We had kids in our group, so really enjoyed the playroom not only for the toys but just for a place to let the kids run off some energy that wasn't the hotel room. The laundry room is convenient, with two sets of washers and dryers, and the lobby is nicely decorated and relaxing (plus there were free snacks!). We really enjoyed our stay here.
The bed wasn't the most comfortable, and they happened to be doing work on their elevators during our stay, so going up and down from the room took a while sometimes.

Great location. Cute vibe. Kids enjoyed the play room. We made use of the cup noddles!
Rooms are small (no real storage or separate bathroom space) and beds were pretty hard, so staying more than a couple of nights was challenging.

The staff were great! They were friendly and very helpful. The B1 floor was very comfortable, has great decorations, free coffee, water and snacks. The washer and dryer with included detergent was helpful. I love the aesthetic of the hotel
