Splendid location facing the park and near to public trains. Lots of great food around.
Single pillow per person, and bed is too soft. Road noise is fine, but adjacent rooms soundproofing is not good, significant noise from dragging chairs above and corridor chatter.

Good location, very close to MRT station and bus stop. Nicely located in front of Da'an Forest Park. Good cafes and eateries nearby.
- Sometimes the plumbing seems clogged and at night (only 2 out of 6 night I was staying there), I can smell the mildew/a bit of sewage smel from my room
- Elevator is very small and can only fit 3 people max

The rooms and facilities were very clean and the location was so convenient to the MRT. The park facing room had an amazing view of Da’an Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood was nice and quiet but a short distance to good food, 7-11, and many sights.
The wi-fi was very slow and cell services in the room towards the back of the hotel (not facing the park) was spotty.

Great value and location. Room was clean and well appointed with nice views of Da’an Park. Staff were very friendly throughout the stay. Nice to have a 12:00 check out time.
My AC was shut off without warning one day and the building is a bit stuffy overall in the summer (older building).

Great location, with a nice view of the park, which is rare for Taipei. Everything you need in walking distance (metro, shops and restaurants). Friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel is a bit old and could use a bit of sprucing up. Nothing major but rooms could use a fresh coat of paint and bathroom could use some work.
Cleaning was quite bad for my standards. You get fresh towels and slippers everyday and I think every second day, they replace bed linen, which is ok. But floor was cleaned once in 14 days we spend there and bathroom I think was not cleaned even once.
Soundproofing between rooms is ok, but doors of the rooms are thin and have a huge below so you hear everything from the hallway.
