1) It was a love motel and nothing in the description said this. I just want a clean simple room. I don’t need condoms on the bedside table or the catalog of sex toys they offer.
2) It was run down. The plaster in the ceiling was coming off. There was mold by the air conditioner outlet.
3) It wasn’t very clean.
4) it was expensive for what you get.

Everyone is friendly and polite.
The breakfast time is good but the variety is a bit basic, but that is ok.
Its not very close to the mrt but there are buses and can get taxis..just not the most convienent spot

Convenient, budget friendly.
We were able to leave our backpacks there while we walked the city.
The shower rooms and spa were nice...
Definitely not a family hotel. If you have kids travelling with you, this is not your place.

I really like the size of the room, the bed is very comfortable, the facilities are very good ?
The table is very dirty, the bathtub is also dirty, please pay more attention. And please provide other flavored noodles such as beef flavor, because there are some customers who can't eat pork flavored noodles. Thank you ?

i like the bathtub only.. the bathtub was big.
a lot of dust both side tables ?, the tv case (above) so dusty ??, and the most worst , we can't sleep well coz the air-conditioning was so noisy!!!!!

Free Chinese style breakfast was great for me. Even though the food selections were not many, I really enjoyed it. In addition, the room was spacious than regular.
It was a little bit old hotel. The wooden floor and shower room and matrix needed more attention on surface.

I really like the room, the room is spacious, the bathroom & bathtub are very comfortable to soak (SPA) unwind, every vacation I always stay at this motel,
What I don't like, the walls of the room are not soundproof, so the sound of the side room is very disturbing to my rest, continue to smell cigarette smoke that is still left in the room, every time I enter the room must smell cigarette smoke throughout the room it is very smelly for me because I am allergic to cigarette smoke

Steam shower and bathtub spa. Free soft drinks, tea/coffee mix, snacks and instant noodles.
The room was very dark as there were no windows to allow sunlight in. As soon as I walked inside the room was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke making me nauseous and uncomfortable. The room was dirty and not thoroughly clean since I could see hair strands on the floor from previous guests. The walls have peeling paint and the furnishings are outdated.

✅Next to the convenience store 7-11
✅ The jacuzzi is wonderful, especially after a day of trekking, it relax my tired legs
✅ Provision of breakfast
? The location of the motel is not close to any MRT station
? Another disappointment (they did nothing wrong...) would be the room allocated to us was not the room I requested when I booked it a month before check-in
? The TV in the room is too old, experience would be much better if it could be a smart TV
? No window in the room
? Full of cigarettes smell
? The showering system is also a huge issue, the water temperature fluctuates
? The power socket is another huge issue, there are 2 power sockets in the bedroom, one is totally malfunctioned while the another one had ?loose wiring connections (the electricity fluctuates, able to charge our phone for a few mintues and disconnected and able to charge again after few minutes)
