Fabulous location, comfortable well appointed rooms, friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous features everywhere you look.
The coffee shop opens a bit later than wed prefer but that seems to be a Taiwan thing.

Have already told the management some minor elements of the room, one is structural, so they can't do much about it, I.e. the window could be a bit bigger in the single room

Our welcome by Audry was next level we really felt a warm welcome! The rest of the stay she was really helpful and kind to us. Also the rest of the staff did a great job. The rooms are really nice furnished.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It's clean and beautifully decorated on a quiet old street, close to a metro station, bus stops, a night market and several restaurants and shops. You just need to climb some stairs to access the riverside park that runs along Taipei's rivers. However, what really makes this place outstanding is the friendly and helpful staff. My mother had an accident during her stay and we received so much kind attention and help when getting her medical attention. Taiwanese are known to be warm and welcoming and you are great proof of this, thank you!

Newly reinnovated hotel and clean. The location is good, not too far from the metro station and situated at the end of Dihua shopping street.
My room on the top floor is not sound-proof. You can hear TV and conversation from the other room. No elevator to the top floor, it is not a problem if you don't have a heavy suitcase.
