Capacity (size)of the room is enough, the cleanliness is maintained. Elevators are timely arrived even in the morning time. The location is very convenient since it is located on the station of several lines bound for east to west.
My family agrees that there’s no negative point on the property.

Nothing to complain, everything is exceptional. The staffs are very helpfull. For the breakfast, maybe should upgrade. We ate the same food for 5 days.

The hot dishes at the buffet were... cold. The quality of the cereals was really poor. You'd expect much better from a hotel of that standing. The location is handy when you visit the Nangang exhibition center (one metro stop away), plus you have the High Speed Rail station easily accessible.
I found a pair of dirty socks in the wardrobe. The bath is poorly designed and plenty of water comes out when you shower.

Only downside is it is not located at core downtown. But the hotel is at the junction of 3 railway/metro statuons it is still ok in term of accessibility
