The location is good, near Taipei station. The room is clean and quiet for stay.
The only issue is, the hotel uses a plain cover to over the duvet Insert.

The hotel staff were very friendly and supportive. We would like to highlight the service we received from “Harry”. He is very professional and helpful. The location is walkable to Taipei Main Station. However, the hotel was under renovation during our stay so we had to use the facilities at CityInn Branch III next door

Great location, close to station, bus stop, shopping mall and convenience stores. Provided free tea, coffee and snack s and laundry facilities. Staff friendly.
Room was a little small for two cases and I chose a room without a window so a little dark.

Very friendly staff-thumbs up! Though, the room had a sharp and strong smell which I think it was bleach. Moreover, The bathroom door was old and loose and It could not be closed so when I was taking shower, the water spilled and wet the floor.

-room size is more than average for the value by Taipei standards -very clean -good location - very quiet room, good soundproofing
-had some issues with the card payments. I started asking questions about different is payment methods and machines and the reception and the front desk was very evasive and avoid answering me. The manager came, he was very friendly and diplomatic - be prepared with multiple cards just in case the payment won’t get through -drying machine is very slow to dry -very few snacks in comparison to other hotels
