Everything was nice. Room, staff, pantry and snacks, amenities. Great location. In the branch 2 I found the room was a little bit better I guess than branch 3.

Having shared facilities (kitchenette, hot/cold water dispenser, seating and laundry) . Umbrella available for guests. The multiple light settings for the room. The cake they gave me for my birthday. I was clean, no bugs.
The room is very compact, we did not have too much luggage so it was ok.

The hotel staff were very friendly and supportive. We would like to highlight the service we received from “Harry”. He is very professional and helpful. The location is walkable to Taipei Main Station. However, the hotel was under renovation during our stay so we had to use the facilities at CityInn Branch III next door

Great location, close to station, bus stop, shopping mall and convenience stores. Provided free tea, coffee and snack s and laundry facilities. Staff friendly.
Room was a little small for two cases and I chose a room without a window so a little dark.

Very friendly staff-thumbs up! Though, the room had a sharp and strong smell which I think it was bleach. Moreover, The bathroom door was old and loose and It could not be closed so when I was taking shower, the water spilled and wet the floor.
