We picked the hotel because of the location, close to Taipei Main Station. The service is very good, with free laundry, snack bar and the reception was excellent. The room is very clean, albeit compact. It meets our needs, as we have a great night's sleep. The bed was very comfortable.
We were on the second floor with window facing the street, and we could hear the traffic. It was not an issue for us, but it may be an issue for light-sleepers.

I like their service, they're very nice in answering our queries. I also like that they have the ordering forms for different kinds of , which save me from going to queue up at the stores. I also liked the fact that they offered to order McDonald's breakfast for us, and they could send it to the room according to them. And the most important thing is they're very meticulous, I did not mention that it was my husband's birthday during our stay there, and they saw his birthdate when they photocopied our passports when we checked in, it was very nice of them to prepare a cake for him, and the cake is very delicious. I also like the location of the hotel, it's very near to one of the famous night market, convenience stores and the MRT stations.
I didn't didn't like anything. I guess all the good points that I've listed down have already made me forget things that I didn't like.

We paid more for a window room but it faced next building that looked like its in construction and the proximity was so close, we ended up keeping curtain closed for privacy.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location for using the main station to explore Taipei. Plenty of place to eat and shop nearby. The use of the communal kitchen was excellent with free drinks and snacks, and also you have the free use of a laundry.

Great location. Less than 5 min walking to the main station. 2 convenient stores less than 100m away. Friendly staff, clean room.
I did choose the room with the window in order to have some natural light, but the windows was facing the area in between two houses. So basically no sense to pay more for this room.
