Very good location and friendly staff. I requested a room with bigger window for my mum, the staff even made a phone call before my travel to confirm the arrival time and acknowledged my request. Excellent service!!

Wonderful staff so friendly and courteous. The rooms are great and comfortable. Close to the station so was easy to get around and to the airport.
Terrible person next door who thought it was absolutely okay to make noise till 4 am disturbing my sleep all four nights.

There are small and large breakfast shops and restaurants all over the neighborhood in every direction. The hotel room was very clean and reasonably comfortable. The staff were very friendly.
The room was... snug. No space to sit anywhere but the bed if you have 2 suitcases (one on the suitcase stand and one on the chair). But it was good value so we didn't mind.

Friendly and sweet staff. Room was clean though size was realli tiny. Great location and near to taipei main station. Good food options and convenience stores nearby.
Size of room was tight and there were slightly different configurations for same room type. Bed and pillow on the softer size. Bed is more like a smaller double bed, rather than a standard queen size, for 2 pax.

Wonderful
Staff are nice and helpful. The room is super clean. The location is excellent, a few minutes walk from the MRT station.
For security reasons, each room should have a peephole installed in the door and a security card access for elevators should be provided.
