Absolutely everything! The staff were so helpful. The place was spotless, comfortable and relaxing. Free coffee/tea /noodles/biscuit snacks. Comfy bed.

The staff were amazing, the location excellent and the included snacks and drinks a real bonus. We were impressed from check in to checkout and being able to catch up on the laundry was great. I booked a bigger room with a balcony and we had enough space and a great bathroom.

It’s very clean. There are washing machines and dryers available at the property for quick and effective laundry. Also the location is really good. Super close to the main station and a lot of other amenities. Best of all, the staff was amazing and super helpful. We really appreciated their support for our booking. Thanks to Nina and team. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Taipei.
The room is quite small and the window in the elite room is actually facing a wall.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the bidet in the bathroom. The size was decent for being in the city. Only a 5-10 min walk from Tokyo main station which we used to get everywhere. Had a washer and dryer which we used!

Room a bit small. Doesn't need room card to operate the elevator (security concern). Doesn't have breakfast (I think they could team up with nearby restaurants & offer customers meal vouchers.)

Perfect hotel to explore Taipei. Very central and close to Taipei station, lots of coffee places and restaurants around. The room was clean and it was very quiet. Appreciate the laundry option.
